Our Services

Our services are available to current and future clients. As a group psychotherapy practice we employ Master's level therapists to provide all services. All services are within the scope of the competency of therapists with a Master's of Social Work. For any services that are outside our scope, such as an Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluation or medication to treat ADHD, we are happy to provide a referral to a qualified medical professional.

Biopsychosocial Assessment

This is the first appointment with your therapist. Clients may decide to continue or be referred to another provider after the assessment. Your provider will gather your chief complaint, background information and discuss current symptoms to determine a diagnosis. This service may also include a treatment plan.

Check-in Appointment

A shorter, check-in or “booster” appointment for clients who do not require longer, weekly sessions. You would have an assigned therapist, but you may or may not be scheduled for weekly sessions based on your needs. Current clients who meet regularly can also request a "check-in" appointment if they need to speak with their therapist for a non-urgent and non-crisis issue.

Individual Session

A standard, weekly therapy appointment, in which the length is determined by a client’s concerns and needs. Sessions may be 45 minutes, 50 minutes, or 60 minutes long. Your therapist will use the treatment plan that was collaboratively created to ensue that you are making progress towards your therapeutic goals.

Screening and Diagnosis

We provide administration of symptom screening surveys and subsequent analysis of results. This service includes clinical perspectives of symptoms and diagnosis. Based on provider and client preferences, this service may be part of already existing sessions. Please discuss with your therapist if you are interested.

Couples Session

For couples who would like a trained therapist to assist them in improving communication and relationship dynamics. A couples therapist may meet with each person individually and then together as couple. Frequency and duration may also vary due to each couple's needs.

EAP Appointment

EAP stands for Employee Assistance Program. Many employers offer a certain amount of sessions (5-10 usually) for their employees to use if they need to address issues that are affecting their work. These sessions are 45 minutes long and they do not require a biopsychosocial assessment. The therapist will collaborate with the client to determine their goals (which are typically associated with work) and then use solution focused therapy approaches to assist the client in achieving their goals.
