Welcome!

I’m a queer, multi-ethnic Mexican-Jewish woman who grew up involved in the child welfare system. My passion is helping others reconnect with their authentic selves—especially under the weight of cisheteropatriarchal oppression. This work is deeply personal to me, shaped by my own experience of being cut off by my Catholic Mexican grandparents after coming out. I specialize in assisted adults and teens navigate ADHD, C-PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and relationships.

What to expect at your session

If you’re new to therapy, I’ll guide you through the process step by step at a pace that feels comfortable. Our first session will focus on understanding your concerns and identifying what matters most to you. Together, we’ll develop a plan to help you move toward your goals with kindness, empathy, and a personalized approach that feels right for you.

My Strengths

I specialize in supporting people as they claim their space, protect their power, and navigate systems that were not built for us. In our work together, I integrate tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation and coping, while also drawing from intersectional feminist and humanistic frameworks to explore how identity, relationships, and larger systems shape your mental health.

My Approach

I work with people navigating trauma, identity, and the exhaustion of carrying too much for too long. My style is trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and rooted in curiosity. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come in, and you won’t have to explain the basics of who you are. If you're feeling nervous, that’s normal. We’ll go at your pace, and I’m looking forward to hearing what matters most to you.

I have expertise in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skill building. Clients usually come to me wanting to develop skills to improve their lives, whether it be to improve managing their anxiety or ADHD, and we are able to achieve their first goal within months.
