Los Angeles Somatics Practice Group
This is an in-person group held at the Mercado La Paloma. Facilitators who are trained in Generative Somatics offer the community this free service for anyone interested in engaging the body (emotions, sensations, physiology), in order to align actions with values and vision, and heal from the impacts of trauma and oppression. Generative Somatics aims to advance loving and rigorous movements that possess the creativity, resilience, and liberatory power needed to transform society.
