Nice to meet you!

Hi, I’m Saray. I’m a bilingual (Spanish and English) first-generation Mexican-American and a former foster youth passionate about helping others find strength and healing through life’s challenges. I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy, grounded in my own experiences and professional training. I specialize in treatment for adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, C-PTSD, life transitions, and self-doubt.

What to expect at your session

If you’re new to therapy, I’ll guide you through the process step by step at a pace that feels comfortable. Our first session will focus on understanding your concerns and identifying what matters most to you. Together, we’ll develop a plan to help you move toward your goals with kindness, empathy, and a personalized approach that feels right for you.

My Strengths

My clients describe me as approachable, understanding, and deeply empathetic. I specialize in helping individuals who are new to therapy and are seeking a warm, supportive environment to explore challenges like anxiety, life transitions, or self-doubt. Drawing on my own journey as a first-generation Mexican-American and former foster youth, I bring a culturally sensitive perspective that honors your unique experiences.

My Approach

I believe therapy is a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Healing is relational and healing from trauma begins with feeling safe. My approach is collaborative and integrates somatic work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to help clients build resilience, heal from past experiences, and move toward personal growth.

I’ll hold space for you to express your fears and vulnerabilities in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Together we can create a respectful, trusting therapeutic relationship that will be the foundation for your healing process here. We will delve into what issues you’re experiencing and generate goals and solutions together based on your needs and strengths.
